All U.S. orders over $100.00 will receive FREE USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada, Hawaii or International shipments. USPS Priority Mail costs $6.95 for orders of $100.00 or less and is free for orders of $100.01 or more. Online shipping is available within the United States, excluding Hawaii. Order preparation takes 0-1 business days; carrier transit takes 1-3 business days.
We offer FREE Local Pick Up to local Northwest Iowa customers. Contact us at 712-470-0309 or nicole.rozeboom@gmail.com to arrange collection in Hull, IA or Paullina, IA before ordering; online pickup is available only where shown for a verified active location.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customers expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, no refund will be processed.
