Returns and exchanges

B Fierce Boutique, Inc. offers a 30-day return period for in-store or online store credit. Shipping charges on online orders are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Eligibility

Returned items must be received unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and with a copy of the original invoice or return form. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Accessories and clearance-sale items are final sale and are not returnable. Items with stains, smoke, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, or other signs of wear will not be accepted; the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fee.
