Shipping Policy

We ship to eligible addresses in the United States only. Canada, Hawaii, and international shipments are not available.

Shipping rates

• Standard Shipping — $8.00 USD for eligible US orders below $100.00 USD.
• Free USPS Priority Mail for eligible US orders of $100.00 USD or more.
• Express Shipping — $15.00 USD for eligible US orders below $100.00 USD.

Processing and transit

New-store-set values: orders are prepared in 0–1 business day. Standard Shipping transit is 3–5 business days. Express Shipping transit is 1–2 business days.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Hull, Iowa location. New-store-set value: pickup orders are ready within 24 hours. Bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Delivery issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when an incorrect address is provided. Packages returned as undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing packages shown as delivered. Inspect your order on receipt and contact us about defective or damaged merchandise within 3 days.
